We are proud to be able to serve you during this unprecedented time. The safety of our guests and staff is of utmost importance to us! We are doing everything possible to not only meet, but exceed the NCDHHS and CDC guidelines to keep you safe and set your mind at ease when you visit Pebble Creek.
We are asking our guests to be mindful of the situation and continue to follow the recommendations for social distancing and frequent hand washing during your stay. If you or someone in your travel party is: experiencing any symptoms that may be associated with COVID-19, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or have been exposed to anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14-21 days, we kindly ask that you stay home.
We are also implementing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting measures to protect you and our staff. All units are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and we guarantee a minimum 24 hour window between guests. When you arrive at Pebble Creek Village, you will experience contact-free check-in procedures. You will simply pick-up a sealed envelope from the check-in mailbox in front of our office that will contain sanitized keys and a property map. This allows for minimal social interaction and the ability to check directly into your rental unit. We have also put new cleaning and maintenance protocols in place that will eliminate interaction between guests and our staff.
Our guests are like family, therefore, your safety and well-being are the highest priority! We appreciate your support and understanding during these times as we continue to implement and update new procedures to enhance the safety of our guests and staff.
